Exam Invigilator

Affinity Partnerships are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools and academies across Milton Keynes during examination periods.

The Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring examinations are conducted in line with awarding body regulations and school procedures. You will help create a calm, fair, and supportive environment for students during their exams.

Responsibilities

• Supervising students during examinations
• Ensuring examination regulations and procedures are followed at all times
• Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials
• Assisting with setting up and preparing examination rooms
• Recording attendance and reporting any incidents or irregularities
• Maintaining a quiet and professional examination environment
• Supporting students where appropriate in accordance with examination guidelines
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of examination materials

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and reliable approach
• The ability to remain calm and attentive under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to follow procedures and regulations accurately
• Previous experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
